Rashaun Williams is a venture capitalist, Atlanta Falcons limited partner, and guest shark on ABC's Shark Tank, with over 170 investments under his belt and over 50 exits. Mr. Williams is the founder of his family office Value Investment Group and also a general partner in the MVP All-Star Fund. He co-founded venture capital fund Queensbridge Venture Partners where he was an early investor in companies like Robinhood, Coinbase, Casper, Ring, PillPack, Lyft and Dropbox.
Over the last twenty years, he has been primarily responsible for bringing capital to emerging, diverse and alternative markets while working at Wall Street firms such as Goldman Sachs, Wachovia Securities and Deutsche Bank. In 2007 he founded Dixsville Partners, a private equity fund investing in infrastructure development and mineral companies in West Africa. Mr. Williams has successfully started, invested in, and exited several companies.
With a passion for financial literacy and entrepreneurship, Mr. Williams founded the Kemet Institute in 2001, a non-profit focused on providing free financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and life skills classes to under-served communities and schools. In 2023, Mr. Williams founded Antimatter Business Partners to teach athletes and entertainers how to operate their own private equity family offices. In 2015 he was appointed to the Board of Trustees for Fisk University. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc. and summa cum laude graduate of Morehouse College.

NGai Merrill is currently an Operating Partner at Value Investment Group, a private family office focused on influencer-backed private equity and value investing. NGai is an experienced global strategy and operations executive skilled in driving improved business performance by identifying and solving critical issues across an organization. He has a proven track record of growing public and private businesses through organic growth initiatives and value-adding acquisitions. His experience spans the manufacturing, distribution and construction industries.
Most recently, NGai was COO of family-owned Triangle Package Machinery Company, where he grew revenue by almost 50%. While a Vice-President at JBT Corporation, he was responsible for a $200M regional business in Europe which he grew +10% per year through organic growth and acquisitions. He has also spent 5 years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and 5 years running an industrial distribution business which he acquired.

Eric Campbell is currently the Managing Partner at Value Investment Group, a private family office focused on influencer-backed private equity and value investing. Eric has deployed over $50 million in capital and invested in over 30 companies with 7 exits to date including Draftkings, Coinbase, Airbnb and others. Eric was recognized by Forbes as a 2020 30 Under 30 recipient in Venture Capital. Prior to VC, Eric worked at Google and then Uber for almost 4 years. At Uber, Eric was responsible for Regional Operations and Strategy for the Middle East and Africa.
Eric is a board member of Eustress Inc. - an organization founded to raise awareness on the importance of mental health in underserved communities; a Shuford Innovator in Residence in UNC’s Center for Entrepreneurship and a member of the Board of Advisors for Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill.Chief Investment Officer
Zahki is Vice President of Legal, Private Equity, and Operations at Value Investment Group (VIG) Equity Partners.
Prior to joining VIG, Zahki was a business and finance attorney at an Am Law 100 law firm, where he focused on transactional matters, primarily Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Strategic and Commercial Investments. Daniel Anthony has been in the financial services industry for 15 years. A Chicago native, Daniel started his career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an intern in 2010 while attending Morehouse College Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Daniel held roles within the Corporate and Investment Bank, Consumer and Community Bank, Private Bank, and Commercial Bank. Most recently, Daniel was a Business Banker at U.S. Bank. Daniel found his passion for assisting high-net-worth individuals and their families grow their businesses and strategizing for generational succession planning. Daniel will leverage his experiences serving as the dedicated point of contact and sounding board for Antimatter Business Partners clients, leading the Client Services team.
Daniel has earned his Master of Business Administration at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, majoring in finance and asset management.

Prior to joining Value Investment Group (VIG) Equity Partners, Imani was an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley in the Financial Sponsors Group and a selected member of the Private Capital Team — a lean advisory team within FSG, that provides capital advisory services to long-term capital players (Family Offices, Sovereign Wealth Funds, and Investment Companies).
While at MS, he worked across a broad range of industries including Technology, Consumer, and Media.Investment Associate
Malik Ellison is a former professional basketball player. He graduated with a degree in Business and Communications from The University of Pittsburgh. He went on to get a Masters's Degree in Communications at the University of Hartford. Malik led the American East Conference in scoring and rebounding his senior year, earning him First Team Honors. He was runner-up for player of the year for his conference and his senior campaign is recognized as one of the most decorated individual seasons in Hartford history. Upon graduation, Malik pursued a professional basketball career with the Hawks organization. During his time playing professionally with the G-League, he earned a call up with the Atlanta Hawks on Christmas Day of 2021. During the summer of 2022, he represented USA Basketball in helping our country qualify for the 2024 Olympics.
In the interim, Malik started his own Basketball Training Company, The Ellison Skills Academy with camps in both New Jersey and Maryland. The Academy was a vehicle for helping young children of all ages improve their game and learn the skills needed to excel.
After spending two seasons with the Hawks and their G-League affiliate, Malik decided to retire and pursue Business Management with Antimatter Business Partners. His focus is helping athletes and entertainers grow their wealth outside of their careers, taking the necessary actions to ensure that their life is set far beyond what they do on the court or on the field.
